God blessed them and said to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground."

이 부분이 다소 길지만 사실 기타 부연 설명을 제외하면 Rule over the fish and the birds, and over living creature로 줄일 수 있습니다. fish에 대한 부연 설명으로 of the sea, birds에 대한 부연 설명으로 of the air, living creature에 대한 부연 설명으로 that moves on the ground라는 관계대명사가 추가된 것이며 굳이 관계대명사라는 어려운 용어로 접근하기보다는 living creature(생명체)를 부연 설명하기 위한 목적으로 인식하시면 됩니다.
